Paolo Roversi, born 1947 in Ravenna, gained fame with his 1980’s Christian Dior campaign using a 8×10 inch Polaroid camera for the first time. Today it is his trademark.

Since 1970 Roversi works with Associated Press. His first job is the documentation of Ezra Pound’s funeral in Venice. That same year Roversi opened a photo studio in Ravenna and starts to portray the local stars and their families.
