The agency seeDS. management was founded by Falko Drews and Pascal Kluttig in a small Berlin courtyard office in 1999.
Both Drews and Kluttig invested years of industry experience and contacts into seeDS. management which rapidly developed and became an international highly regarded german model agency.

seeDS. management is now located in a creative centre in Berlin and operates international with 6 bookers where the careers of 250 female and 120 male models are built and coordinated.

seeDS. management’s philosophy, is to keep on the creative pulse of the time, to continuously realise new ideas, to support young and modern fashion projects in Berlin and ultimately to continue to offer clients and partner agencies the best quality of service and the highest level of competence.
